As a high-level powerlifter, Tom knows exactly what it’s like to train hard to achieve personal goals, which is something he applies to each client he works with. He has twice won Silver in the All England Powerlifting Championships, as well as becoming the Southeast Powerlifting Champion. Renowned for the intensity of his training sessions, Tom looks for total commitment from his clients so that together, you will get to where you want to be.
Tom began Personal Training in London in 2013, followed by 17 months based at a private fitness studio in Jersey, gaining a reputation for getting results and overcoming barriers for all of his clients. Now as co-owner of Exclusive Fitness, he is keeping his history of client transformations going strong. He also holds a specialist qualification to help clients suffering from lower back pain and can transfer this skill for most day to day mobility issues / aches and pains.
Whatever you wish to achieve, whether a complete beginner to exercise or an experienced athlete looking to improve performance, Tom will be your guide and your biggest supporter.

Howard Foster

Primal Health Coach & Senior Trainer

Howard spent three decades overseas working in adventure travel and tourism, successfully leading treks and cycle rides through Nepal, Peru, China, New Zealand, Morocco and Tanzania. As well as his role as a group leader on gruelling physical challenges, he spent four years collaborating with the Governments of Australia, Fiji and Papua New Guinea as part of a team establishing Marine Mammal Protected Areas (MMPAS) in the Pacific.
Having established Exclusive Fitness in 2015, he knows what it takes to motivate clients to achieve their health & fitness goals. As a great believer that age is no barrier to an active lifestyle, Howard enjoys setting himself and Exclusive clients new challenges and to that end has established ‘Exclusive Escapades’, our sister company, to do just that. In 2018 he will be leading groups to North Africa to summit it’s highest mountain, Hawaii to SCUBA dive with sharks and to Languedoc Roussillon for a luxury fitness retreat staying in a stunning property enjoying gourment food and wine.
Howard combines a low-carb way of eating with innovative training methods to make you leaner, stronger and more confident.

Ellie Keighley

Personal Trainer

Ellie’s background is in martial arts; she holds a 2nd Dan black belt in Karate and has achieved three European titles. Alongside this, Ellie is a trainee Stunt Woman and performs action sequences for film and television productions, so has a history of conditioning herself to meet great physical demands.
Ellie gained her Level 3 Personal Training qualification in 2010 at Lilleshall Hall National Sports Centre with the European Institute of Fitness, before joining the Exclusive team in July 2016. Her training style combines resistance, functional and cardiovascular exercises with a focus on improving strength, burning fat and increasing mobility. Her passion to deliver challenging and progressive sessions, to get you the results you want, will help you push yourself a little bit harder each time.
Ellie firmly believes you can achieve anything if you work hard for it; training with her will build you mentally as well as physically. Clients that work with her come to understand what the term “Getting Ellie’d” means!

Matt Botwright

Personal Trainer

As a Sports and Exercise Science graduate, Matt has experience in working with a wide variety of clients and specialises predominantly in weight loss, muscle building and nutrition. He is highly committed to the fitness industry, having competed in two highly reputable bodybuilding competitions and featured in Men’s Fitness magazine. It was this that led him to personal training, as he discovered his passion for helping others achieve their goals and improve their self-confidence. Matt has the ability to make realistic lifestyle changes to suit the individual client, creating a fun, motivating and challenging training environment. Working with Matt will help you to be the best version of yourself.
Matt believes that fitness is not about being better than someone else. Fitness is about being better than the person you were yesterday.

Martin Grove

Personal Trainer

Martin is a highly qualified performance and personal fitness coach; he takes great pleasure in helping people reach their fitness, lifestyle and performance goals. Martin competed at club and county level rugby, as well as being a professional golfer, and now focuses on triathlon.
Through Martin’s true passion for helping others he has worked with all types of individuals achieving results for each in their chosen goal or sport. Martin’s extensive knowledge and experience in human performance, fitness coaching, strength conditioning, weight loss and nutrition have enabled him to achieve many personal goals, such as Ironman UK and Climbing Kilimanjaro just to mention a few.
Martin believes by utilising his own knowledge and experiences, he can better help and educate as many people as he can achieve their dream goals and experiences, be it lifestyle, fitness, rehabilitation or endurance focused.

Dr Sarah Hotham

Healthy Lifestyle Psychologist

Sarah is a Chartered Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience of working in physical activity and health psychology. Sarah trained at the University of Kent where she gained her BSc, MSc and PhD in Psychology.
Sarah specialises in behavioural medicine, with a specific focus on supporting clients to make long-term, achievable changes in physical activity and diet. Sarah works one-to-one with clients to increase motivation and participation in physical activity, encouraging a healthy lifestyle while also emphasising the psychosocial benefits that exercise can offer.
Sarah can offer the following services:
  • Assess clients’ needs and abilities.
  • Provide tools to monitor physical activity and behaviour.
  • Design and implement strategies to help overcome perceived challenges and barriers to physical activity and weight management.
  • Deliver therapeutic techniques to improve confidence and motivation to participate in physical activity and manage weight.
  • In conjunction with the Exclusive Fitness trainer devise and implement an exercise programme based on the needs of the client.
Sarah is a full chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). The title of Chartered Psychologist is legally recognised and reflects only the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise. Sarah is also a full member of the BPS Division of Health Psychology, the BPS Division of Sport and Exercise Psychology and the European Health Psychology Society.
