With a foundation in commercial and private gym settings, she has built a reputation for precision and adaptability, tailoring training to meet the unique needs of each client.
Rochelle’s expertise is backed by a wealth of hands-on knowledge, having trained herself through disciplines like CrossFit, Olympic lifting, kettlebells, HIIT, plyometrics, and Pilates. She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge to enhance the training she offers and has completed several advanced (Level 4) training electives.
A firm believer in the power of individualised coaching, Rochelle specialises in combining innovative approaches with proven methods to help clients achieve their goals. Beyond physical fitness, she holds a deep understanding of the transformative impact exercise can have on overall wellbeing, inspired by her own lifelong passion for training, which began in her school years.
