Personal Trainer

Fitness has always been a central part of my life, from playing team sports throughout my childhood, teens, and early twenties, to practising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu until recently, and consistently training in the gym for the past decade, staying active has always been a priority. I value the importance of feeling physically fit, healthy, and strong in everyday life – something I aim to instil in my clients as a personal trainer. Beyond the physical benefits, I’m a firm believer in the positive impact regular exercise can have on mental health and wellbeing, which inspired me to complete mental health qualifications last year.

When I stepped into the fitness industry, I made it a goal to approach each session with personability, empathy, and expertise. My aim is to create a supportive and enjoyable environment that aligns with each individual’s goals, whether they’re looking to build strength, lose weight, improve fitness through circuits, or work towards sustainable, long-term progress. I want every client to leave their session feeling proud of their efforts and like they genuinely enjoyed the process.

My own training reflects a balanced and performance-focused approach. I prioritise strength training, functional movements, and calisthenics, along with a mix of CrossFit and Hyrox for cardio (although you won’t catch me running on a treadmill for longer than 10 minutes). What I love most about fitness is its endless variety – there’s always a new challenge that pushes you out of your comfort zone and reminds you what it feels like to start fresh.
